Who We Are
Salvis is an energy management and building services engineering consultancy specialising in building and estate decarbonisation.
We design mechanical and electrical engineering systems for new build developments, property refurbishment, life cycle system replacement, and energy efficiency and decarbonisation schemes across both the public and private sectors.
Salvis provides a comprehensive and technical answer to energy efficiency and decarbonisation delivery through enhanced data analytics and an innovative approach to systems solutions.
In addressing the complexities of building decarbonisation and achieving Net Zero, Salvis stands apart from others by combining energy management experience, carbon accounting, and technical expertise to tailor solutions to reduce building energy consumption and carbon emissions. Our decarbonisation strategies create a clear pathway for achieving carbon reduction targets, while our technical design solutions deliver efficient and effective engineering systems to provide the appropriate environment which promotes the health and wellbeing of building users.
We understand that every customer and project is unique. Whether we are undertaking an energy audit, a condition survey, or a comprehensive building services design for a new development, we work to ensure that specific project and client goals are realised.
Our Story
Salvis was established in 2017 by company Directors Alan Barber and Mike Keating, with a vision to blend their respective expertise in energy management and building services engineering to deliver a technical service that is unique in the industry.
Alan and Mike previously worked together while at a local authority on various projects across their corporate estate. They identified a synergy between their areas of expertise and work ethic and formed Salvis to offer this to the market. It is their experience working in Local Authority that gives them an understanding of the operation and challenges of the public sector, combined with their technical expertise, that is at the heart of Salvis‘ success in delivering energy, decarbonisation, and engineering solutions.
From their home on the south coast of England, Salvis continues to grow and offer energy management and engineering services nationally.
